Gnocchi al Forno

Stop by tonight and pick up the secret ingredient: Zooma’s ready-to-make gnocchi!

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees
  • Put gnocchi in baking dish
  • In a seperate bowl combine:
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream or Panna di Cucina (Italian cooking cream)
    • Grated mozzarella, fontina, and gorgonzola
  • Mix well and pour over gnocchi
  • Add a handfull of breadcrumbs on top
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bread crumbs brown
  • Cool for 5 minutes and serve

Pairs perfectly with big red wines, such as Brunello di Montalcino or Amarone delle Valpolicella.
