Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • 4 oz. white wine
  • 1 oz. water
  • 20 baby or vanilla claims
  • 8 oz. spaghetti

Instructions:

Place oil in pan on medium heat for 30 seconds

Add garlic, cook until golden

Add salt, pepper, parsley

Add wine and water, cook for 30 seconds

Add clams, cover pan, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes

Place cooked pasta in pan and cook together for another 30 seconds, add up to 2 ounces water if needed

When clams start detaching from shells plate the portions

Garnish with fresh parsley – buon appetito!
