Perfect with bowties or tagliatelle (12 oz) serving for 2
- 1 and half tablespoon of oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 10 oz heirloom tomatoes
- 2 leaves diced basil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Salt and pepper
Place oil in pan on medium heat, add garlic.
Once garlic is golden color add sliced-in-half heirloom tomatoes, add sliced basil and pinch of salt and pepper.
Once sauce reaches boiling point add water slowly. Put cooked pasta in same pan of sauce and let cook in sauce on low heat for 15 to 30 seconds more.
