CHOWDER AND COD CAKE WITH SPICY AVOCADO AIOLI
Light clam chowder garnished with a splash of tomato broth, dill, parsley and lemon zest
Cod cake topped with an avocado aioli
SECOND COURSE ~ ANTIPASTI
SNAIL SALAD, CALAMARI, SCALLOP
Sliced fresh sea snails marinated in lemon juice, fresh celery, red onion, chili flakes and olives
Pan fried calamari with roasted garlic and tomatoes, deglazed with white balsamic vinegar
Fresh local pan seared scallop over our housemade olive tapenade
THIRD COURSE
MUSTARD CRUSTED SALMON AND SPAGHETTINI VONGOLE
Herb and whole grain mustard crusted fresh Atlantic salmon roasted in our wood oven
Spaghettini pasta and clams “gaeta style” with aglio e olio sautéed with chopped radicchio
