Dino DiFante makes Ravioli Aragosta Innamorata on The Rhode Show

Dino DiFante appeared on The Rhode Show on February 2nd, and prepared Ravioli Aragosta Innamorata! Watch the exclusive video and follow along with the recipe!

Ingredients:
8-10 oz. Fresh Lobster ravioli – house made ravioli can be purchased at Trattoria Appia
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves (sliced or minced)
1 Shallot (chopped)
1 cup Heavy cream

Top with chopped Scallions , red bell peppers & grated pecorino Romano cheese to taste

  • Directions:
  • Add olive oil to a skillet and put it on a medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and chopped shallots and stir for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and simmer and stir lightly until the liquid reduces by a half.
  • Cook ravioli for 3-5 minutes (until it floats) in a large pot of boiling water.
  • Drain pasta and add to the cream reduction.
  • Serve on individual plates and top with chopped scallions, red bell peppers and grated pecorino Romano cheese.
